Planning Sense Check
The Planning Sense Check is a focused, independent advisory session providing strategic assessment at any stage of the planning process.
It is designed for homeowners, applicants and industry professionals who require clear, objective analysis of their position — whether prior to instructing a professional team, during an application where progress has stalled or the approach requires reconsideration, or following a refusal where a considered way forward is needed.
A Sense Check addresses the questions that determine the trajectory of a planning proposal. Whether the strategy is sound. Whether the current approach is likely to succeed. Whether to resubmit, appeal, or pursue pre-application engagement. Whether the professional advice being received is well-founded. Whether the project should proceed at all.
Each session delivers a clear, unambiguous assessment of where matters stand and what action is required. There is no agenda beyond the quality of the advice.
Two formats are available:
Advisory Call — a one to one session of approximately 20 to 45 minutes, providing verbal strategic assessment and direction.
Written Assessment — a detailed written response to a specific planning query or situation, delivered within an agreed timeframe and suitable for sharing with your professional team.
Fees are fixed and confirmed prior to booking.
The Planning Sense Check is an informal advisory service providing strategic direction and professional assessment. It does not constitute formal planning or legal advice.
Fees are fixed per session and confirmed at the time of booking.
